Biography
Arthur R Ehrlich, partner in Goldman & Ehrlich, has over 30 years of legal experience representing private and governmental employees, and small business employers in Employment Law matters, including Discrimination; ADA, Sexual Harassment; Wrongful Termination; FMLA; Whistleblowing; Negotiating Employment and Severance Agreements, and non-compete agreements. He also has extensive experience representing government employees in discrimination and civil service hearing cases before the EEOC, MSPB, IDHR and other administrative forums. He was admitted to practice in the State of Illinois in 1984, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District and Central Districts of Illinois, a member of the Federal Trial Bar; U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
